I am a Senior Engineering Manager at Adobe CX Enterprise. I lead a team of software engineers building and scaling Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker, including the Knowledge Graph and Business Context that sit under it.
I was a Senior Software Developer at Amazon AGI in Sunnyvale. I led video search from a POC to launch for Alexa Plus and other LLM-powered clients — system design, hiring and training, timelines, stakeholders, and technical debt. I integrated Amazon Knowledge Graph into image search to improve recall and precision on entity queries, launched large-language ranker models for web search, and standardized model deployment so experiments moved faster. Earlier I led design and development of the first revenue-generating conversational Alexa Skill, for restaurant reservations in natural language, migrated that experience to Alexa Presentation Language, and mentored three new SDEs on a time-critical delivery.
I was a Senior Software Engineer at PayPal in San Jose. I built a Spring Boot microservice for Credit Risk Solutions on PayPal Working Capital, wiring it to new credit-risk machine learning models, and mentored an SDE intern on a functional testing framework that made new tests cheaper to add.
M.S. in Computer Science at Virginia Tech.
I was a Senior Software Developer at MoEngage in Bengaluru. I worked on mobile push notifications — refactoring the codebase for extensibility and maintainability, and adding automated fault recovery — and built a Dynamic Product Messaging system for the Sherpa product.
I was an Applications Engineer at Oracle in Hyderabad.
B.E. in Information Systems at BITS Pilani.
